Ceramic Snack Charcuterie Boards- June 24

Ages: All ages. Children 17 and under must sign up with parent/guardian who is also signed up.

Students will craft a personal charcuterie board using slab building methods. This class will provide a broad overview of standard handbuilding techniques, focussing more specifically on slab building and a handful of decorative applications. We will cover the foundations of ceramics including information on clay as a material, the kiln firing process, and the basics of glazing. Please note that the works created in class will require drying time and firing in the kiln. Final products will be available for pick up by July 8.
